A lady found a cat and two kittens in her garden and another two on the pavement in front of her house which were sadly dead.
She rushed the two live kittens to the local vet (by this time the mum had disappeared) .
The practice manager rang Beverley to see if we could foster the two kittens. Fortunately a supporter of ours had a contact who agreed to take them but they only survived for a couple of days.
We then took a trap round to the lady who had found the cat and kittens originally. It wasn’t long before it was sprung. We took her to the vet to be neutered, vaccinated and blood tested and then brought her back to CLAWS.
We named her CHLOE. She is a sweet little tabby and white girl about 4 years old. She took a while to settle but is now mixing with the other cats .
She is up for re-homing and will make someone a lovely pet.
